Third Party Administration (TPA) Services

NOVUS United Catholic Benefits utilizes the services of a third-party claim administrator, or TPA. Applying the TPA model approach allows NOVUS to bridge the gap and become the intermediary between our member organizations and the insurance carriers. Through our TPA, NOVUS focuses primarily on cost savings, improved efficiency, and enhanced employee experience. We are also able to navigate more efficiently, apply more innovative programs and solutions, and reduce our member organization’s overall costs.
